The owner of Southern Outdoor Living & Entertainment, Terry Maloney, has worked in 3D and 2D creative design for more than 20 years creating compelling designs for Fortune 500 clients in various creative capacities throughout his career.
While collaborating with clients to execute their creative vision during his career, Terry invested his spare time remodeling and flipping homes to explore his passion for architectural design and hands-on learning of various trades and materials in the construction process.
During the Pandemic of 2019/20, Terry transitioned to home schooling his young daughter and quickly realized many families (including his own!) were very interested in better utilizing their existing home spaces to work, relax and entertain with those they loved and enjoyed most.
In 2021, Terry combined his career experience in computer aided design with his passion for creating exciting living spaces to help families visually plan their outdoor living aspirations before the construction process begins.
